About Dr. Netra Neelam
Dr. Netra Neelam, Founder Director of Nurturing Facets is a highly accomplished academic leader and accreditation expert. She served as the Director of the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), in which she actively contributed towards academic excellence and spearheaded to achieve the prestigious AACSB re-accreditation, making it the first institute in Pune to earn this global gold standard of quality education. Under her leadership, SCMHRD’s flagship MBA programme also received the National Board Accreditation. With 23+ years of distinguished experience, her scholarly foundation is evidenced by a Ph.D. in Management, an Outstanding Grade in M.Phil., a Gold Medal in M. Com, and highest marks in the PGDHRM programme at SIBM, Pune. She is a recognized Ph.D. research guide at Symbiosis International University who has successfully mentored doctoral students. Passionate about psychometry, she is certified in influential and global instruments like Belbin®, MBTI®, FIRO-B®, Strong® and Saville®, and uses this expertise in fostering developmental growth. She is also an Emotional Intelligence Coach and Practitioner. Her extensive involvement in Management and Faculty Development Programs, including an invited workshop in Cambridge, UK is a testimony to her passion in the field of psychometry. Furthermore, she demonstrates global influence through her three consecutive years as a member of the AACSB Asia Pacific Advisory Council (APAC), her role as an AACSB Peer Review Team Member, and her international research contributions, including a completed project through a grant from Indian Council for Social Science Research (ICSSR) and getting awarded the prestigious Jean Monnet grant from the Erasmus – European Commission (ECHO Project) under her leadership and also has authorship of over 25 research papers in SCOPUS, WoS and ABDC indexed journals.
